Probably a dumb question - Putting the power to the ground
if header : get a 4-2-1 and not a 4-1!!!
get cold air intake or short ram intake
probably i would go for weaponR 421 header which i believe comes with the s pipe. and weapon r intake. hks muffler with custom 2.25 inch exhaust. not 2.5 because u will loose backpressure

Rosedale - Yeah, I'm from Whitestone.
It's a white one, nothing to identify it from other ones except the shorty antenna though. Until Saturday though it'll be the white one with the huge dent in the front bumper from when someone backed into it haha. I spend most of my time out on Long Island these days, since most of my friends live out in Nassau but I'm definitely in Whitestone and Bayside a lot too.
yeah I'm always by there, I live out in rosedale/jamaica area but my girl works at key food in whitestone shopping center and I went to bayside HS when I was younger so I'm always by there (francis lewis etc) I have a flint mica(dark grey) with graphite painted stockies, maybe ill see u around man hit me up with ur number we'll chill sumtime and go to sum shows

Rosedale - You ever go out to the meets at Roosevelt Field mall or out in Deer Park?
Spoofa - The whole back pressure thing gets talked about so much and people make it out to be a much bigger deal than it really is.

Folowing your same logic I have another tip for you...Upgrade your fuel pump to a more efficient one that flows enough for a 600hp setup. Your horsepower and times wont change one bit but at least your fuel will be flowing with maximum efficiency.

if you want to put more power to the ground - your very best bet is to get 225 tires instead of 215's (they fit on the stock rims) and also to get the ingalls engine dampener. That will allow the engine to sway less under hard shifting and keep more power to the wheels. I think they are cheap now (under $200) - Normally people use them for turbo/sc cars but it will surely be fine if you used it with your NA car. There are settings on it - i used to run the stock setting with my s/c - you can make it one less if you want (or change it to be a lot more then default if you wish).
That is the cheapest way for an automatic to get more power down.

it makes the shifting a lot smoother. basically what it does is strap the engine down to the actual body causing the engine not to move around all crazy.. though a damper is a waste of money and you should just buy motor mounts... half the money and does the job wayy better then the damper would.
energy motor mounts are by far the best thing out there apart from spending hundreds for an LSD (5spd only) motor mounts keep ur engine in place no shaking nothing and it improves wheel hop a great amount. no more peeling out and ur front wheels jumping around. and for 60 bucks shipped its great, the only downfall is that at idle ur car shakes instead of the engine, which is ofcourse going to happen cause ur adding polyurethane mounts so watever the engine shakes ur car is gonna feel it, but totally worth it
