but can you explain the advantage of this? does it improve quarter mile time, does it just improve tractions... ect

 

the best i can allow you to picture it is ...say someone sat on your front tires ....you would get a better launch cause the tires would grap - now with the dampener it will keep the engine from moving (the engine moves A LOT during shifts). With this you will be able to shift cleaner and keep the momentum in the righ direction.
