Default quick code question, need help badly!!!! P0031

ran my car at the track, now it has a code that wont go away, the code is p0031 and it reads ho2s bank1 sen 1 heat circuit low, i have no clue what it can be, i have replaced the first o2 sensor awhile back with a oem one and im really hoping that isnt the problem again. the code it was pulling before was like a 0046 or something and when i reset it it would stay off for a while, now as soon as i reset it, it comes right back on, need help!!!!

swapped out sensor with a friends to see if that was the problem, after installing his and hooking the battery, we started the car for about 30 sec and the light came right back off, so we shut it off, took the sensor out and reistalled mine, then he placed his sesor back in his and now his car is throwing a code and running werid...wtf!!??
dealership isnt willing to work with me on this due to my aftermarket parts unless i pay them and i dont think that is fair considering we dont know if its my parts that caused the problem or not
now im stuck having to buy two sensors and i still cant figure out whats wrong.
whats the chances of the ecu being bad, or a bad ground, or ?????
has no one else had this problem a all????

They can't deny you service unless they can prove that its your parts that caused the problem. What do you have installed that would be limiting them to work on your car?

they told me today that it would be 95 for them to look at it cause they know that the header caused the sensor to go bad seeing as how i have no cat, they said there is a 5% chance that it wasnt the reason, so i installed the stock header today and im taking it up there tomorrow and talking to someone different and getting it taking care of, i have no problem buying parts, but 95 for them to tell me the sensor is bad when its a brand new car, i would think that the diag would at least be covered under warrenty

well its up there, of course they dont carry a single o2 sensor in stock in a toyota/scion dealership located in our state capital, so they had to order one and it will be in friday, they will be taking care of everything under the factory warrenty so that makes me happy, but i dont think the o2 sensor will fix the problem since it fried the one i put in for 2 mins, but we will see, wish me luck
