Quick question..06 parts on 07??

Just a quick question. I am trying to sell a Creative compacts s-pipe and Ingalls torque dampner to a local friend. He has an 07, I have an 06. Will these parts fit on his 07?

Any help would be great!!!

yes they will, if has has a apillar airbag it might be a problem though

how would the a pillar air bags affect the s-pipe and torque dampner?
