anyone know where i can buy a synchro kit?

 

I don't know about a "kit" but I'd start checking junk yards.

no it just wont go in gear or come out sometimes and it ALWAYS grinds third

 

what gear oil are u using....reason i ask that can affect the problems your having...

 

pennzoil snycromesh is your friend. 6 bucks a quart and u only need 3. Try it and readjust ur clutch pedal, u will love it.

hey man im having the same problem RIGHT NOW ok when my car is on it wont go into gear but when i turn it off it goes in so ill leave it in gear then i start it up and it already starts moving without me even letting go of the clutch. Could it be the synchros for sure or could it be the clutch not disengaging this really sucks let me kno if u have any luck man.

 

^^ that is not synchros, that is your clutch not disengaging fully.

 

sounds like our clutch is F-ed up.

also when u get that clutch fixed go all out on redline or amsoil transmission oil. dont get that mobil one ****

 

Your syncros are not bad..

What is bad are your shift sleeves!

2nd to 3rd sleeve

And probably ur 5th is worn.. They go bad as well!

Its about 150.00 in parts 75 per sleeve and the job isint to bad! But you need a tranny expert!

I just needed some different opinions on wat it could be. Just so i know it wasnt the transmission cause that wouldve been worse for my situation right now.

 

i dont recommed redline gear oil i personally had problems with it..i use eneos to thid say no problems.....trying changing your gear oil to any of the above oil that in mentioned most likely that will solve your issues if not then you may have some tranny issues
