Default Replacing throwout bearring

I have a Exedy stage 1 clutch and fidanza lightened flywheel, and right now the throwout bearring went bad on the clutch, does anyone know if i replace the throwout bearring if i HAVE to get my clutch and flywheel resurfaced, or if I'll be okay without doing that?

No, you don't have to resurface the clutch or flywheel when replacing a throwout bearing.

yeah i think i might do that but its 400$ alone to drop the tranny its basically the exact same price as changing the clutch
