This is by far one of the easiest installs to date of done on my tC, granted the various other small items. I was lucky enough to be able to test this product out specifically from the manufacture. He had other similar products available for the Scion line-up, including the xA and xB. Product itself is nearly identical to those used on other vehicles, so the slight change for the tC wasn't too difficult. I must say though, it was a bit tough to get used to how short it really was, even with a stock shifter. But after a few weeks, i have since grown to love it and would recommend it to anyone, from racing applications or just to have a bit more fun on the road.

I would not recommend this with the TWM short throw shifter. I tried it and it was the worst thing I have done to my TC. I had trouble finding every gear and when I did it was tough to get in gear!

Would this work if you have a trd short throw or would I have to put it back to stock?
