Default rough idle, need help

my voltage is a little higher than normal at idle, i through two codes, system too rich and o2 sensor bank 1 stuck rich. happened out of the blue really, but it idles low, almost sounds camed how rough it is, AFR# stay below 11.5, then it just progressively gets worse until it stalls. it drives fine once it gets going. my thoughts are:

1. the obvoius bank 1 o2. im not too sure how a car acts when a primary 02 goes bad, but thats what the codes are reading. maybe when one goes bad it cancels itself out of the system kinda allowing more voltage to other things? i know the higher the voltage the 02 is putting out the richer it is, so maybe im just throwing those codes because my voltage is higher than normal.

2. i have polyurethane motor mounts, and bolts have been vibrating loose around the engine bay. ive never re tightened any of the intake manifold bolts, maybe that has come loose? i dont know how that would explain the abnormally high voltage though.

can anyone tell me something about this? my head hurts from thinking

My car is normally around 14-14.2 for volts

Are you throwing a CEL? what is it?

Rough idle could be dirt MAF Sensor, Plugs, Wires, Dirty Butter Fly Vavle.....Vaccum leak?

what have you checked so far.....

system too rich, and o2 bank1 stuck rich are the codes im throwing. so im going to lean towards that as being my problem. but does this mean i just need a new o2? or is the o2 fine and something is causing me to run like poo. i guess thats what im getting at

thats what im saying. well has anyone ever heard of something like a primary o2 being stuck reading rich really screwing with the cars idle? i AM running rich, but could that be because my pri mary is stuck rich and is what its telling the ecm? this whole situation is confusing the hell out of me
