Will it just bolt right up to the downpipe and a Tsudo catback?

You mean mid-pipe? yes, its a full replacement and will fit just like your stock s-pipe will, assuming the Invidia s-pipe has good fitment.

what if you have a stock midpipe? is there going to be any notable gains? or would you need an aftermarket one to see the benefit

you will see a little but it will be restricted. Mid pipe can only help

The stock mid pipe is actually not that bad, but it does not hurt replacing it with something bigger of course.

If someone else can get you an Invidia s-pipe for $100 dollars, jump on it, cause I want one as well, he he.....

I have been thinking about getting the Invida as well. I hear that not all s-pipes line up perfectly with all types of headers. I have the DC Headers has anyone heard of any problems with the s-pipe not matching up?

Mine was the Megan S-Pipe. Not Invidia. I just sent a PM to Dan @ wesellcarparts (thats his name on here) and he sent me a price. Also, look in the Sponsored Sales. You will see him there...
