I'll keep this open for a little bit so you can get feedback on the specifics of one included with a header.
"A free $30.00 value" .... I have to laugh at this... most sell these for 30-50 bucks. You can literally make your own in less than 20 minutes for less than 10.00 bucks at your local auto parts store. (checker, auto-zone, etc.) which ever you have locally in your area.
Here's a quick answer to your question. If you have access to simple hand tools and a power drill, here's a thread of a DIY that you'll want to read.
You really don't need to spend extra cash on companies that make these unless you just want to.

Feel free to PM me if you have questions on making your own. I've made several for people for tC's. It's a very easy process. I had the first one I made on one of my own tC's for over 60k+ miles without the CEL tripping once b/c of the CEL fix.
