Default secondary 02 sensor, wiring help?

hello,

recently found out through my dealer my secondary o2 sensor is screwed. The car is still currently there for other maintenance.

I really don't want to pay the dealer for labor and parts for them to install a simple 02 sensor and i also don't want to pay 100+ for the sensor just so it has the 'scion' plug attached to it. considering i'm broke as a joke anyway.

i noticed that denso and other companies make universal secondary o2 sensors that work for the tC. however there's 3 options.

2 wire, 3 wire, and 4 wire.

which one would i need for the secondary o2 sensor on the 2008 tC... if anyone knows or can check for me that'd be great.

second anyone know how to wire these suckers onto my existing plug? which wires where.

any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks
nick

Your car is an 08 and already has a bad o2? Thats not right, it most likely should be covered under warranty. Anyways it a 4 wire(see pic)

Hope that helps.

should still be covered under warranty. if not, don't get a universal one, its a gamble with those. get the OE one and replace it your self.
