Could you tell me what the difference is between these two filters?

I am mainly wondering what "45 pleat" means. the other difference would be the top diameter one of them is 4" and the other is 5"
the inejn intake comes with the 5" top diameter. i was thinking about getting the one with the 4" because itmight be a solution to the filter rubbing.

 

in case you can't tell, the the first one is slightly longer. the second one is the one that comes with the kit, so that don't solve rubbing.

 

Are you going bck to the Injen after finding out about the WR torque loss?

 

it seems that they are both the same length but the diameter for the top of the filter is only 4 inches for the top one while the one that comes with the intake is five. so i thought this might make a difference because that filter wouldnt be sitting right at that fender where it rubs. what does "45 pleat" mean? that's what the top one says.
