Correction, two typos and a grammar issue.

Besides 20.8 MPG is great for city driving.

I am very happy for you, but this is a thread to post relevant information about the supercharger in order to discuss its performance, and help out those who are considering to purchase the unit.

Let's keep the posts relevant to the supercharger in order to make this as informative as possible.

In other news, I was contacted by NST in order to test some of the products they will soon be offering. (a smaller s/c pulley, as well as an overdrive pulley for those who do not want to remove the tamper proof cap.)

I would like to work very closely with my shop on this project, and will proceed if Howard from www.arfabrication.com agrees with the plans. I will be talking to him in about a week or so about everything and will keep you guys updated.

Your inlet temps shouldn't be that high given the results that ZPI was able to get on regular unleaded fuel and no ECU flash.

I'd get some thing that will give you OBD-2 information. There some good units and software out there and you can check on things like your timing and inlet temps. Its perfect for datalogging what your car does under boost at WOT.

Outside of that get one of these -

Those are some really good MPG numbers for city + boosted, considering that I got around 24mpg the last time I did a ton of city driving on a stock tC.

First tank was 20.5mpg highway/city mix, driving the crap out of it second - won't be any time soon. Dealer reset my trip meters (BOTH OF THEM) yesterday, so I have no idea how many miles they put on the car and don't remember how far into the tank I was. Well, at least I'm not getting any high-rpm dash vibrations any more

I got 20.8 mpg on first tank with supercharger. I usually get 27-29 mpg stock. I'll post again after my 2nd tank.

Ouch that is a huge hit. 27mpg highway to 21mpg hwy, is that what you're saying?

Some of this might be old now, but here's a little more information and also a link to pictures of two installed Superchargers...
