Default TC idleing problems?!?!

sorry if this is in the wrong place but im not sure where to start looking to fix the problem.
when i start my Tc it sometimes idles low and starts shaking the whole car. it doesnt happen all the time but it stills happens and i dont think it is normal. it occasionally does it when im at a stop light... My Tc is an 06 manual transmission with simple bolt-ons. any information on my problem would be much appreciated.

thanks

Needs to replace the IAC valve (Idle air control) which is mounted on the under side of the throttle body it has 2 coolant hoses and 1 electrical connector going to it, what happens is they will carbon up because of fuel deposits and cause you to have very low idle speeds and or stalling. sometimes they can be cleaned with carb cleaner and a brass bristle brush but if it has a lot of miles its best to just replace it because it cannot be taken apart.
