Thumbs down TC Won't Start

So my previous engine blew, long story short, i replaced it, as well as my wiring harness. I got everything wired and hooked up.

Go to crank the key... Nothing besides a click (Of the starter wheel being pushed out) And an electrical hum from Satan himself.

The Starter is receiving power, i checked it with a volt meter. I wired the stater directly to the battery and still nothing. It simply pushed out the starter wheel...

Fixes Ive Tried
-Charged battery at O'Reillies (Battery is 3 months old)
-Wired up starter directly
-Checked all fuses
-Re-Ground the wire
-Got starter checked at O'Reillies (All came out good)
-Bought a new starter

Im seriously so frustrated. It's bad enough swapping an engine, but after that having the car not even crank at all... That is just the worst. The radio and sub-woofers still play when they is is in the accessory position. When i turn it to the on to crank it, it just makes a loud click and then an electrical hum.

Please Help any tips and advice is appreciated.

well, have you tried cranking the engine by hand? you could use a 10mm socket and use it on the alternator and crank it ,, its possible your new or used engine is seized. check to see if your power is connected from starter to positive battery, also check your ground..
