I'm loving the opera... I will be sending back the "issue" tomorrow morning.. so if I am lucky I will have said item back in 10-14 days ..... at that juncture I will be looking at 3-5 weeks waiting for a free date to get tuned {epic GD flying monkey Mf ing ::face palm:: .. while tied to block of wood on fire thats hanging from my Knutzen sacken}

You figure it out...

Hit me on a Pm Pete.. I am debating some "Pre-re-attempt add-ons"

OOhhhh and on a side note.... for those wondering about the BC cams... The Mild stage II un-tuned produced a loss of 6whp below 5k and a gain of 7whp at the 5k ^^ mark ... power band shifted higher as well.. better retention of power in the top end.. + some other effects that I am pleased with.. should look much better once tuned.

Pete,

STD correction typically lifts the numbers artificially. Can I see the actual dyno chart with the weather conditions and decimal point CF? Of if you have the files, I can adjust on my own.

80 F .... humidity 70% ... it was on a dynojet if that helps. thats all i remember from doing a quick glance back and forth monitoring the my friends laptop. the CF your asking for is the correction factor? as in % correct? i think the SAE corrections were already done at the final showing of the chart but i can call my buddy and ask since he has it all on his laptop

can be inverted inside and or swapped around and the camera can go outside the car (depending how long you want it out side) through the passenger window... but mostly it will be an in car camera mount for when i hit the track or races or any other event i want to record.

i can rotate it forward, and side to side... very sturdy, solid, and save for the camera... has already been tested at 130 mph through the pass window... video to come soon!

im running the latest version of MS3... im in the process of cleaning it up and watching how the car reacts over time since our ecu's are so fidgety/tempermental
Are you using the megasquirt as a standalone or a piggyback?.

Yeah you'll lose A/C, dash coolant temp gauge, DBW, etc. It's still great though.. you have full control over timing and fueling. Way more control than a regular piggyback like a Greddy Ultimate or AEM FIC.

cheapest most effective solution... cutting the slit down the middle and usein hose clamps was easier then drilling holes for screws and going through the tubing. It didnt give me the flexability i wanted in terms of correcting the angle of the pipe when i screw it in when its assembled. it just made more sense this way then drilling holes everytime i wanted to move it.
