Default Throttle Body cleaned..Still Shakes..

I have a couple threads about my wonderful tC's Parkinsons Disease aka shaking when in drive but fully stopped.

I have tried numerous things and read that cleaning your throttle body can help, I cleaned my throttle body and the car ran good for about 2-3 hours, even when I had the A/C on it didn't get the shakes, but the shakes have returned. Any hints on what to look for next.

Short story short my car was hydrolocked and got in a small fender bender, I am going to look at my radiator cage next, seems like anytime the fans come on is when I get my shaking. I wish there was a way to know if it is my engine making the shakes or my body.

Possible leads:
Idle control motor/servo kit
motor mounts
Radiator cage damage
Dirty injectors (ran 3 bottles of injector cleaner don't know if that's good enough)
already changed plugs

Only mods on my A/T 06 tC is Headers, Intake, Exhaust. Really leaning towards the motor mounts

Well... without being able to witness it first hand...
If you are noticing the "shaking" when the fan/fans turn on... You might want to look to make sure that one of the shafts isn't damaged, or any of the fan blades bent, etc. since you've been in a fender-bender with it.
Oscillation from minor damage causing it be out of balance could easily cause shaking. This may or may not be the root cause of your issue, but as with any automotive problem, if it's not readily apparent what the problem is, process of elimination starting with when you take count of what the vehicle is doing when the problem starts up is your best course of action.

They put it on a rack and made sure it was straight, Im going to take pictures of the radiator cage as I see a little damage.
Sometimes when I am stopped it only makes a little shake, not enough to notice, than I hear the fans turn on and it shakes like crazy.
I hope its just the fans, rather than something else. the tC is about to be my beater car but I can't stand the shaking.

My radiator cage has a slight bend but it's not touching anything. Ive replaced the bumper but no matter what I do it still wants to hang on that side.

shot in the dark, but have you checked your battery voltage or changed the battery recently? exactly how long has it been doing these things and is it idling low?

Just to add to this, I have seen this issue with a lose battery cable, also with a bad ground wire.
