Default Transmission/Clutch noise..

I have a manual 09. Bought car with 17,000 miles and currently at 170k. Haven't had a single issue with car ever. Current issue. Factory clutch. There is sound like a ticking coming from the transmission side. The kicker is that it is only under load, So in gear accelerating. The sound doesn't change in different gears
or matter what rpm. The sound is the same. As soon as I come off throttle the sound goes away. Doesn't matter what gear or rpm. In neutral I can press and release the clutch and there is no sound. I can be in neutral and just free rev engine and there will be no sound. I also have no shifting issue, no hard shifts
or grinding. The clutch itself still grabs hard and will break loose in second and chirp in third.

Any suggestions are welcome.

That's a tough one. Might want to consider a professional opinion.
