I have an AT tC and am going TRD Supercharger soon, i was told that i would need a Transmision cooler with a higher capacity than the OEM..can you guys help me out with this, and make some recomendations what is best to get

 

you don't NEED one, but it is highly reccomendable for extending the life of your transmission.

I have a B&M one, dont remember the size tho. install wasn't hard either

 

any cooler will do. i'm going to get a b&m cooler w/fan for the supra. its about 7x11x.75

 

i got one and the shifts feel smoother than before and installation was easy, this is the one i got and it fits perfectly infront of the radiator on the passenger side next to the headlamp. http://www.dezod.com/pd_bm_super.cfm

oh one last question, is it recomended to get a Transmission Temperature Gauge also

 

nah no need jorge.

 

Yeah no need for a transmission temperature gauge, just check it daily for about the first 1-2 weeks to make sure that your not leaking tranny fluid and that is about it.

 

Anyone have a DIY on the tranny cooler? I need to get one, but dont know how to install it.

 

there really is not diy, unless its a pnp kit. its really easy to install, just disconnect the stock cooler and put this in its place or just put this one inline. to mount it you might just need to make some brackets.just ask questions if you need help.
