tune up @ 50 K from dealer?

No tune ups required.
Plugs are iridium from the factory, you havent hit half the life of them yet.
Coil on plug ignition, so no plug wires that need regular replacing.
If it is running normal, then no need to do anything. Just change the fluids and filters at the right intervals.

"tune up" has been a very mis-used term for years though. Many think changing a distributor cap, wires and plugs on an older car was a tune up... that is just maintenance.
On most new cars, it is even more mis-used. With the newer sytems, especially with coil on plug (which is old hat these days) there really isnt anything to do but the normal maintenance stuff. If it sets a code or is running poorly, you need to check it out.

For the leds, see the tech section. The gauges you swap leds on , the HVAC requires that plus a mod I designed and posted in the tech section, on scionwiki.com or over on yoursciontc.com. You can also go to doctorisotope.com and look under the led swap section. I share web space with doc and list all my parts and services there.
