Enjoy the title of the "World's fasted Scion" while it lasts. We have some of the best customers in the world and the Scion Community has been nothing short than great to us and we will continue to make a quality product as I'm sure you will.

We have all stated our peace, we need not reply to this as we will let our customers and parts speak for us.

EDIT: Good. We are tired of this as well. The whole thing was silly.

Good luck to you ZPI.

Dunnno SS/ Jasco your kit is like 5 months overdue and ZPI is due out soon. I think you should stop surfing the net and get back to making turbo kits, cause you will have lots of mad customers, how many people do you think will buy your kit when you have delivered NOTHING so far? I mean really?

How about this: both of you take pictures of the kits ready to ship and post on your site, let the customer see who is BSing? You both have digital Cameras? One would expect you have a tremendous advantage over ZPI since you were selling these from January!!!

ZPI says June 1st see:

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...=59080&start=0

While your vendor says:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...=43810&start=0

Man wake up dudes that is January, Santaclaus was just here and your vendor says

Posted: Mon Jan 24, 2005 7:41 am Post subject: Scion Speed Turbos Pricing Released!!
The Scion Speed turbo systems testing are now complete and are now in production stages

Also who cares how fast your scion is, I think your customers care how fast their scion is

Off topic but do you dudes work with TRD by any chance?

Actually I was a part of preorder on ScionSpeed turbo kits and had a lengthy e-mail conversation with Jayson. While scionspeed has exellent service dealing with their customers, I did not feel too confident buying from them since they could not give me a specific date on when my kit is going to ship (after missing the first deadline). In fact I took a loss on the whole preorder process since they had my $ (that I took out of my credit card) for long enough for me to get hit with all kinds of interest charges. I am very glad thet I cancelled earlier and saved on even more interest that I would have lost. That said I still like scionspeed and people that represent it a lot. I just can't count on them.

We have only shipped kits to a few sponsored cars and a few dealerships that wanted to display them. We have not shipped any kits to the "general public" yet. We had a few problems in the map with West coast crappy gas in the dead heat of the day. We have since got the mapped changed and all has been good so we are just waiting on a little more time to go by to ensure all is good. It is much easier to fix the map on a few cars V. 50-60 preorder kits.

Fo 'rizzle.

I made a post error and the VICE PRESIDENT came and talked to me.

I don't know about accountability though. ZPI just missed their first deadline due to issues beyond their control. I understand it's out of their control but this shipping business could have taken place before hand. I'm not affected as I didn't buy a turbo from anyone yet (I can't even afford the car yet!) but I still understand the necessary delay.

About the five month delay on the SS turbo, I wouldn't put TOO much concern into that. The tC seems to be causing problems for everyone. And promises of the turbo already in production, last minute stuff can cause big problems.

I once waited on a program that was due to come out in exactly fourteen days. Beta testers were goofing around and celebrating when one of them fall into a bottomless pit and crashes every component of the game. We waited another eight months as problems continued to arise.

That was a free thing though.. this .. if it's not out in another four months than worry. Before four or so months, be patient....[/quote]

We are both aiming towards the same goal, and competition is healthy. I have since edited our last post. Hopefully it all ends here. Delays are a part of the game. Even TRD who has been in the mass-prod. business for decades is way overdue on their supercharger kit. Everyone will get what they ordered.

They are standard with an internal gate, but you can upgrade to a Tial external for like $300 extra I think...
