I like this intake, if it were not for the really deep puddles after a heavy rain here in downtown atlanta I would get a CAI but better safe than sorry, plus it sounds SWEET and looks pimp

Im still sitting on my order date of 6/28 with no intake. Should've had the first batch cuz I placed pre-order and they took my money in full. Umnitza told me mine shipped, gave me a tracking number and a FedEx shipping ticket via e-mail, but called FedEx 2 weeks later and found out that Umnitza didnt really ship my order. To be extremely honest, I dont think Umnitza really care. Each time I bother them with an e-mail I get a one line response. If that was my business, I think I'd care if one of my customers was told that their paid order from a month ago didnt ship, I think I'd let him know when I'll get more to have it ship to him, I think I'll keep him updated as to what's going on so he wont worry that his order will not ship out a second time, I think I'll do all this without him bothering me with phone calls and e-mail inquiries.

All Im sayin is this man. Like, damn, this product piqued my interest and I took a leap of faith. Do I really have to be treated like I made such a terrible mistake? Especially from the ppl Im buying it from?? Come on Umnitza, this is just silly. I never had, nor do I have now, any interest to bash ur company or kill ur business, but I needed to get ur attention somehow. And I really think getting ur attention now than later will be better for ur business in the long run. I dunno, I guess I'll just wait some more, what else can I do afterall. Im at least glad to see Umnitza rep posting on this site, didnt see anything on clubsciontc.com.

Wow, they sent you a tracking number and a FedEx ticket for a product that did not ship? That's supper shady. Why and how would that be?

Before you stick your foot further in your mouth, let's get some sanity back on this thread.

A label is automatically generated so that as soon as the product arrives, no one, not one person, is fumbling around figuring out which need to be shipped and which need to be stored in the inventory room.

All these great conspiracy theorists on the forums these days. WOW.

We handle customers across perhaps 45 different forums. Anyways, we shipped over 20 units already, not everyone on the forums, people that drop in and buy.

We have more on the way, we'll have more all the time. We're doing a lot for you guys, we actually rather like your cars

If youve been able to match up my emails with my name here you know that Ive decided NOT to cancel my order. It will be great when this arrives tomorrow or Thursday.

No problem, we got those emails, we assume it's you. They are supposed to be 100% cleared tomorrow, as such they will be shipped tomorrow to the 8 people that are waiting.

Im not theorizing or conspiring. I never thought or said Umnitza is or was shady. Im just not happy with how I was handled as a customer. Things like this happen from time to time, Im not happy about it being me, but I understand that it's possible w/o Umnitza being a bunch of crooks. I understand how the printing of a shipping ticket is a seperate process from actually shipping out its package, but it being ur business, it would also be ur responsibility to match a package to its ticket and get it shipped out. If this failed to happen, maybe it would also be in Umnitza's best interest to actively contact customers and let em know what's going on. Even if Umnitza couldnt find out if every ticket/order/package shipped out correctly, they still could've shown just a little more interest when I contact them and told them so. I felt like I had to pry and dig out every little bit of info on my order status.

I realize demand for tC aftermarket products is high and that's great really. And it's great u have ppl just dropping by to purchase these products. But if I already paid in full for a month and a half now, shouldn't that have some bit of priority even if it means you have to turn away ppl coming to your store?? I dont understand how ppl buying at ur location justifies this in any way, cuz a purchase is a purchase, online or off. But regardless, the point is that demand is super high, Umnitza is working hard, everyone just need a little more patience. <--I really think this btw, believe it or not.

Sigh~ I dunno, I dun really wanna stress out anyone from Umnitza. I appreciate ppl selling products for my car. Im not even all mad and furious or what not, just kinda disappointed. I hope the tC market as a whole catches up to the demand pretty soon. I appreciate you working hard Umnitza, keep it up.

Wow, that was rude. There's some top notch customer support going on here

Just cause a ticket is automatically genereated does not mean it would or should be automatically forwarded to the customer, making him think the product is on it's way, especailly when you don't even have them in stock.

Calling us Shady isn't rude, but telling you - actually rather politely - to remove your foot from your mouth for some stupid comments is rude?

I was born at night, but it wasn't last night. Try to use your logic on yourself first before attempting to use it on others.

As to Remy, your comments are well thought out and we do appreciate them. We hope to have all the remaining intakes that we have on order shipped out today.

That's good to hear, thnx for the info, I REALLY appreciate it.

I hope I didnt start some Umnitza bashing bandwagon thing, cuz that was never my intention. And I hope that's not what happens. I hope everyone still support Umnitza as things still arent that bad from what I can see. I apologize if I brought Umnitza trouble in the process of getting the company's attention, and thnx again for posting.

Ok, products cleared, warehouse available, but another delay, BOBAC - storage facility in Alameda - doesn't have pickup slots today, but they have one tomorrow, so we'll pick up tomorrow and you'll get the product by Saturday if you ordered overnight.

Oh, you didn't. They did.

You see, umnitza, the difference between you being rude, and me being rude, is that I'm not taking your money. What happend to "the customer is always right" I guess that's not the case from wherever your importing these intake boxes from.

Youv'e deffinately lost a potential customer.
