If I install a used ECU in my 06 tC will I have any issues with my programmed keys, I have three. Two keys are master and one valet key. Also is there anything else I need to know about?

You will have to reprogram the immobilizer.

 

That is what I was afraid of, its been reprogrammed once. Is this something only the dealer can do?

Supposedly you can do it yourself Nick. There is an old thread on here someone posted with how to do so.

Did you loose the key program on any of your keys? Does this just program theft module code to ECU?

nope, if your keys are the original ones, you do not need to do anything. the ecu and immobilizer are separate. paperclip your new ecu, and your good to go.
