Default Walbro 255 LPH Fuel Pump

I just got mine installed and I wanted to get an input on how everyone else with this same pump is working out.

My friends have the pump as well, in a civic, prelude, and wrx, and there fuel pump makes a loud noise when the key is turned to the "on" position. Mine doesn't do that, but it does make the sound when the car is actually started.

Does anyone with this same pump hear the fuel pump when the car is actually started or when the key is switched to the "on" position. It's a loud sound from the pump.

I'm hoping you hear it when the car is started, but I wanted to hear about others experiences.

That looks sexy as hell.

But honestly I dont know. I tried searching the threads and came up with this...
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...l+pump+install

All I can say is see if you can look through it and see if you might have done something different. Sorry I couldn't help more.
