nope-not a home made kit-pivot raizin grounding kit with voltage stabilizer. the reason there are some red wires is cuz the pivot kit isn't a tc specific kit, so some of the wires aren't long enough for a couple of my grounding points. the silver wire is the wire from the weapon r ignition equalizer.
i got the pivot super earth and stabilizer from: http://www.intakeone.com/pivot/Piv_VS1E.html
here's a pic of the volt stabilizer:

the stuff i used to wrap the intake was thermotec heat shield tape which i got from:

this is the model number on the greddy catch tank(9mm one): GREDDY-12003506. i ordered it from http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/me...ode=OCT-GREDDY the problem that i'm running into with the greddy catch tank is the hoses to connect it to the pcv valve and the intake manifold. on the tc the intake manifold the opening fits an 18mm hose while the pcv valve uses a 9mm hose. the stock hose that connects the two goes from 9mm on one side to 15mm(i think) on the other side. what i ended up doing was getting 3/8" hose and i think 1/2" hose from home depot. i used the 3/8 hose to connect from the pcv valve to catch tank. I also had to use 3/8 hose on the other nozzle of the catch tank(because both nozzles are that size) and bought a hose barb adapter to connect the 3/8 to 1/2" hose. then i hooked up the 1/2" hose to the intake manifold. anyways, the problem i'm running into is the engine head and the entire engine bay actually is so hot that it's making the hose lose it shape and kinda melting. i have to either go to a place like SK speed to find higher temp hosing or take the hose from home depot and shove it inside of another hose to kinda protect it and then wrap the whole thing in that heat shield tape. if anyone has any suggetsions, i'm MORE than happy to hear them.

gwtc-the hood lift supposedly can work with carbon fiber hoods-here's the quote from redline's home page:
Aftermarket Hoods - Will the QuickLIFT kits work with my aftermarket hood?
We get a lot of questions about whether aftermarket hoods of all types (fiberglass, carbon fiber etc.) will work with our QuickLIFTs. With most high-quality hoods, the answer is yes, however, you must understand the following to find out for sure if yours will work.

i think they are going to be sold for $125 plus shipping. they're not really out for sale yet-the one i got isn't the final product. the one i got is a raw material-no paint, finish, or whatever they're gonna do with it. i think they may do them in a polished finish. i got mine directly from weapon r.

icic thats cool man but i still dont see why you would spend 125 dollars plus 230 for the intake when the KN and INJEN are a shade over 200 and put out almost identical numbers
