Default will this cause a problem?

hey guys...i used the search but couldnt find anything on this. i just purchased and installed the greddy evo 2 exhaust for my tc. i also purchased but have yet to install a set of tein s springs. after putting the exhaust on, it looks like if i drop it its going to be touching the exhaust. anyone have any similar issues or is it not a problem?
