Seems like ZPI's reputation is going downhill quickly.

Already 2+ weeks behind their promised July 5th ship date for their turbos and now this.

That is unfortunate.

The S-pipe should have came with new hardware, if you did not get any please call the shop and we can get you some over. We have sold over thirty five of these and have not had a problem. That is not to say that there is a problem but either way I am sure that it can be easily remedied if not we will send you a different one.

We have the largest Scion tC specific catalog of any company in the country we have stood behind our word and products on every item this far we will not change our approach now. We find it very unfortunate that the Louisville trolls continue to insinuate other wise and the Scion Community has to deal with there BS.

If there is a fitment issues please call the shop on Monday and we can get it resolved, this is usually a much better approach than slandering a product on the internet. You may just be missing the longer bolts.

We have a tech hotline at tech@thescionstore.com this is watched 7 days a week usually 18-20 hours and can help you get questions answered like this even Sundays.

Thanks

-ZPI

"After 3hrs of him and two toyota/lexus "master technicians" trying to get it to work we gave up.

The flange was too narrow, the stock exhaust bracket didnt even fit inside the pipe, it seemed like it was 3inches too short, and it rubbed up against the oil pan. ZPI, I want my money or a new pipe that fits"

This doesn't sound like a bolt problem.

It would appear as though welding and measurements is not as easy as twisting injector wire together and taping up with electrical tape.

I hope you guys can get the issue resolved, would hate to see honest customers getting the shaft.

It appears it was a problem with packaging and shipping.

You can go ahead and insert your foot into your mouth. But I'm sure you will come up with another reason to talk smack.

Update: I'm getting a hardware kit that contains a smaller gasket and longer bolts overnighted to me for free. Sounds like this shouldve been in the box in the first place and the ditribution person messed it up.

when i get my bolts and gasket i'll let you all know how it fits. when i first took everything off and then realized the stock bolts and gasket didn't work it seemed like the pipe fit well. hopefully i'll get my bolts and gasket tomorrow.
