my s-pipe didn't hit the oil pan, but it doesn't meet up with the stock exhaust. kenny and I think it's because the the AW header. when i installed the header i didn't hook it up to the stock mounting brackets because it sits about 1/2 inch lower then is required to bolt it up. so if the header hangs down 1/2 inch lower then the dc/stock header/manifold it would throw off the angle and angle it up (which is what it's doing). i don't have the time right now to jack up the car and take pictures (i'v been helping my father move the past few days) hopefully monday/tuesday i'll be able to jack it up and see if i can get it to work with the stock manifold, or see if i can just barely thread the front bolts, and do the same on the back and tighten them up all at the same time. at the very least i'll get some pictures so you can see whats going on.

zpi called, they got a chance to test my pipe and it didn't fit on their tc either. the thing wasn't long enough, wasn't flared enough or something like that. they're gonna send me a new one, which they already tested to make sure it fit perfectly. just waiting to find out when they're gonna ship it out to me.

Regulator,

If you would like to speak to me regarding this matter I ask that you contact me personally via pm or email.

ZPI is striving for excellent the hatred towards us. We have plenty of very happy customers and those that have had issues have been resolved in the proper professional manner.

For the rest of you, I apologize for any trouble you might have getting in contact with us. We have quite a few phone lines and just a couple of us answering the calls. Like we've noted before, contacting us via email or on aim is sometimes much faster and reliable. I have listed below all of our forms of communication.

Thank you all again for your continual support again the few locals that we have issues with and we promise to continue to bring you the best parts for your tC.

seriously, keisha's the best. she helped me get everything taken care of, answered my questions, and all the miscommunication with everyone else at zpi was over once i started only talking to her. three people would tell me three totally different things, so i was getting so frustrated and thinking they were just giving me the runaround or just lying. as soon as i started only talking to dealing with her, everything got cleared up pretty quickly. should have my new stuff by early next week-now more than ever i can't wait to get it installed. i'm actually also thinking about going with the stage 1head package. one 200whp na tc coming right up.

ok-quick update. 2 weeks ago i was told the s-pipe would be sent to me overnight. then i was told a couple of day later that they were waiting to send me a new one when the new batch came in, because the one they were going to send me wasn't brand new anymore. that was almost 2 weeks ago. the new batch was supposed to be available by last monday. i called on wednesday since i hadn't gotten my pipe yet, and couldn't get anyone to tell me what was going on or call me back. they were supposed to have someone call me back, but nope-didn't happend. so i called again today-this time i was told the pipes still weren't available yet, and they were waiting because they were giving me one that works with the AW header. i told them i didn't have the header, so they said they had regular ones there, and could send me one. they were supposed to call me back in an hour-which kenny promised, but i haven't heard back from them. i'm gonna safely assume that they're not calling me back today-given that it's already 2 in the morning, and today is already yesterday. i'm not really understanding what's going on right now. the longer this is taking, the more i feel like i'm just getting jerked around. keisha sent me a pm on the 11th asking me if i got the 02sim yet-which i didn't get. i pm'd her back saying that i hadn't gotten it, asked her for a tracking number, and that was the last i've heard from her. i'm just not understanding what's going on right now. i'm getting the runaround, followed by delays, followed by runaround when there are more delays, and now i can't even get someone to talk to me. they'll talk to me when i call, tell me they'll get back to me right away, and that's it. did anyone else who had problems with their s-pipe get a new one yet?

Justin,

To begin with, I find it very unfair for you to claim to be getting "the runaround." I have not spoken with you since the 11th, you are correct. I was under the impression that your 02 sim went out, however, upon the correction of my mistake I noted that it needed to go out as soon as we had a new batch made up. I should have pm'd you back, yes. But to claim you are getting ran around is unfair. I am unaware of who kept telling you such things as when it would go out, but they must not have been aware that they were on backorder.

For everyone else:

We receive over 150 phone calls a day, probably 10 im's, 20 emails, and 20 pm's...we are so busy that our heads spin at times. I was unaware that you were calling because I know that I haven't spoken with you on the phone for atleast two weeks. The last time that we talked I told you that if you had any customer service needs that you needed to contact me personally. I am the one that handles orders and gets them to the person who ships them, the reason you feel like you are getting delayed and running around is because you are speaking to two or three different people who don't know what is going on because it's not their position to know.

We have been busting our butts around this place for the last couple of weeks trying to get these turbo kits boxed up and sent out. We come in early, we leave really late, all to get your orders processed and in your posession, yet we still are getting beat down everytime we have a chance to get on the web forums and see what is going on. It is so exhausting to constantly feel like you are defending yourself when it already feels like all you do is work all day too.

For all ZPI-S-PIPE orders....they are on BACKORDER. At least for another week. Our 02 Simulators are on BACKORDER until Monday, August 22. What I think is sometimes overlooked is that we aren't give you excuses or trying to confuse you, it's just that Scion parts are selling faster than ANYONE can make them.

We have not once taken funds for an order and not processed it. Sometimes there are delays and we all have to deal with them accordingly. Posting complaints on the internet about how so and so is trying to steal your money and not deliver just isn't the correct way to do so.

I ask that any of you who have a question or concer contact me personally at my three main forms of communication:

keisha@thescionstore.com
AIM: MissZPIracing
Phone: (502)371.7223

thanks,

keisha

Keisha.
From a potential customers point of view, nobody in your business should be handling the phones unless they are qualified to do so. If i call ANY company, I would expect that person I speak with to answer and help me out, or atleast direct me to the person who can.

If he was told something was going to get shipped, it should damn well be shipped, otherwise he needs to be conacted as soon as possible and clearly informed of why his part isnt getting shipped.

Nobody here (minus the few trolls) feels that you are "scamming" anyone. However, your customer service does need improvement. I don't care how many banners or commercials you advertise with. Your most important customers are those who are treated better through your company, than any other company. A happy customer is a repeat customer, simple as that.

I can definitely understand that. Even when I ordered my Injen Intake from Nopi, it took an extra 2 weeks for it to ship to me, because Injen Technology couldn't make them as fast as they were being sold. If a large organization such as Nopi and Injen Technology are having issues and delays with shipping, I can imagine the frustration a little shop like you guys are having.

Dave,

I can completely understand your stand point. At this point in time, each person here is qualified to answer any incoming call, however they might not know the exact answer to a particular question. I agree, they should direct the call to someone who is informed and can get the customer the answer they need. On the rare occasion, phone messages do get lost/overlooked since we do not have a direct voice messaging system. This is why we encourage people to utilize our internet forms of communication where it is guaranteed that you will be able to speak with the person you need. I have been dealing with Justin directly, that's why I was confused as to why I had not heard from him in a week, but someone else around here had.

We strive daily for awesome customer service and support, but we are still trying to adjust to the recent slam of Scion questions/orders/concerns. As for shipping, yes products should be shipped when they are said that they will be. However, if a product is on backorder, it cannot be shipped and Justin was informed that the product was on backorder via our pm conversation.

All of us at ZPI agree that customer service is our number one priority because exactly as stated, it creates repeat customers and word of mouth is more valuable than any advertisement ever will be.

thanks,

keisha
