Default 07+ supercharger on an 06 need help ASAP

hey im in the middle of installing an 07 supercharger on my 2006 scion tc. so far everything has matched up pretty well, however the belt is giving us a lot of trouble. for whatever reason it just does not want to go around all the pulleys. i have the nst 9.5psi pulley with the recommended gates belt ko70905. as far as i can tell the geometry of the pulleys of the engine did not change from year to year, could i be wrong? any suggestions would be great, this belt has been given us trouble for some time now, and it just does not seem that it should be this difficult.

the belt size between the 05-06 and 07+ are different, the 07+ are shorter but i think it could have something to do with the brackets on the S/C. i know they are different because mine ripped and bought one for the 05-06 since the 07 wasn't on the computer at autozone and i thought it would of been the same but wasn't and it was longer so i had to buy an 07 at the dealer which is shorter just incase your wondering...

first put the belt on all of the pulleys that have the lines dividing each one and then pull down on the tensor to be able to slide the rest of the belt like on the waterpump pulley.

so we tried saving a smooth pulley for last and it was still a miserable fail, it almost looks as if the belt is about an inch or two too short. personally it doesn't make sense the part numbers match up, but the task still appears to be impossible

U need the 07 belt that nst recommends because you have a 07 supercharger. 05-06 belt will not work...

ii was trying to use the 07 belt, but it did not fit, so i finally grabbed a longer belt from napa. it fits well cant remember the part number though. but fo whatever reason the geometry of the pulleys had to have changed from 06-07, so if anyone else wants to run the newer blower on an older model, ill post up the needed belt when i get home. the car goes in to get tuned on wednesday
