Default .48 turbine?

Ok well here's the situation, I currently have a small lil to4b with a .63 turbine and making 280 at 12 psi with 10psi towards redline, I wanted to go for low 300 no more than 320 really

I was going to go with a 60-1 with a .63 turbine but I got a deal on a to4e with a gt30 copressor wheel and a .48ar turbine my question is will this small turbine bring downsides? Mainly in the top end I'm worried power will drop off, if the power just peaks and holds throughout the powerband I don't mind I just don't want to peak 3xx hp then drop down to the 2xx range

you will have a quicker spool but top end will be limited. Power will peak sooner but not crash.

Ok I think that's the answer I wanted. Just to clarify, power WON'T fall off over the power band right

.48 A/R is too much of a mis-match to the compressor side on a 60-1. .63 or .82 all the way.
