2005 tC with 24k miles, put the charger on with the 9psi same day around 2/06 at roughly 7k miles, stock TRD reflash, 0 issues so far, not even the scary ones associated with the early seal problems on the s/c....

/me knocks on wood.

Yes so long as your tuned well, the car has potential to produce some decent power.

with just the TRD reflash, will the 9.5 pulley have LONG term effects? I guess no one can really know

i asked this in another thread but... i remember people saying the s/c runs too lean with an intake. yet the 9.5 pulley is ok. hows that possible?

from what i've heard from garage1217, it as to do with the diamerter of the intake piping before the MAF, if it is the same size as stock, then it isn't a problem, but if it is wider, that is what is going to cause it to run lean, at least that is how i understand it.

I was told the same by Carl at Speed Source ... its all about the air flow at/around the maf.
