Default After thinking things though (too much probably)...

I want to go FI and I will start saving for the TRD S/C + install. You figure by the time I save enough money - the price will go down some (hopefully).

Some factors in my decision were: 1) keep the factory warranty, 2) make it somewhat faster without breaking the bank, 3) maintenance of the blower itself, and etc.

I received a quote from one dealer and he stated around $1000 for the install (I know I will do better). However after reading the install, it doesn't seem bad, but I would like the warranty that goes with it (purchased the warranty for 100,000 mi for my tC).

I will still get TRD shocks/struts/springs as well, but most likely at a later time.

I read somewhere that the flywheel/clutch needs to be upgraded as well. Is that true?

Thank you everyone at SL for helping me so far!

it would help a lot if you upgrade the clutch and fly wheel at the same time but with the supercharger it is not mandatory, i would get the springs and the struts first anyways. also save up to get the LSD when you get the clutch and fly wheel installed to save money so you dont have to open the tranny again

that install should be around $400 unless they're also charging you for the ecu flash tool ... which dealers are known to do. I got mine done in the $400-450 range and have had zero problems with it.

For the S/C or the clutch/flywheel? Did you upgrade your clutch and flywheel as well?
