almost 13's on NO2
ive got a tc with injen intake, skunk2 exhaust and a 50 dry shot of nitrous. and i ran a 14.025 @ 99.25 and orlando 1/4 mile. with a 2.245 60' on bold tires. all you need is a bottle of VHT to make the bold tire turn to grip. but its my best run yet. and should run a 13.9 with better launch.
im so happy with the run and had a bunch of people ask me what i was runnin cause they didnt think a tc could run that fast. so i proved them wrong. but anyway just a story shared and would love to hear what other people with nitrous are running and what their set up is.
ps i ran a 15.4 with out nitrous.
PEACE

ok first off... consistently 14.0-14.2 i spray in 2nd gear through the finish. i focus mostly on the launch over anything. its a 50 dry shot NOS kit that i pieced together with a push button. completly hidden. I dont know my a/f numbers. and im working on gettin my time slip up on the forums. just need a couple of days.
thanks for the comments i was soo happy when i beat my buddy which has a RSX type s with $$$ in it.

haha i got to agree with that. i told my buddy that i wanted to race him and see if i gained anything on him. (same kid with the rsx-s) and i straight passed him. he thought his car was broke cus i was beating him. lol
that's true, for a wet shot kit out of the box. The sudden drop of fuel pressure when the fuel sylinoid opens can cause a momentary lean condition.
Get a progressive controller and i'm willing to bet you can work your way up to a 150 shot. You may have to get an in-line fuel pump also when u get to that point.
I have a Maxima with 200,000 miles on the original motor, with a 150hp shot, never had a problem. If you set it up right then you can get as much out of the motor as a turbo.
People badmouth nitrous because they hear stories from people who don't understand it and make boo-boo's.

ya all of the kids that know i have it bad mouth it. especially when i pass them. =] but i had a buddy of mine with a fully built eclipse install and set it up and told me what was needed and is pretty knowledgeable cus he use to spray his old car. i mean i have the sprayer just after the intake cone. and his theory was that the maf when spraying was gonna read colder air and would dumb more fuel in the engine. and the bottle in the spare tire compartment so its definently a sleeper. lol but for now a 50 shot is good even though i wouldnt mind an extra 25 shot for just in case a car pulls on me haha.
