You should of read up on all these post on sl these guys be buying ____ and freakin get ____ a few month later. That should of gave you a heads up before ordering. Also freakin 6 geez, Man I get a turbo kit that is already in stock. Should of hold your money that whole six month and grab that descendent turbo kit that comes complete at once. All these guys getting there kit on time they are lucky, they all acting like asses because they got theres. They should of at least show some understanding, the brother spent 6 geez. 6 geez and no pm reply until few month later, hell no. Man I feel you bro that 6 month of not be boosted, what a waist of you time, who ever sold you that kit better be worth that wait. If I spent 6 geez and I was told a specific date to recieve item it better be that date. You better get hooked up the guy should throw in a box of motor oil, a sweater and fly down to your house an tune your car or something. Or a throw in a gas card....

 

Next time when ordering stuff, it is best when it is in stock. get your refund and get that world racing kit or ptuning kit or dezod kit a company that is more establish an known.

 

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one that understands why this is so frustrating. Dude if i gave the man 6 grand and had the problems I had, I would have been FURIOUS!! I think at that point I would have spent the money to fly to his shop and demand a refund of my money. Its not only the fact that it takes him forever to return things, but moreso the fact that he doesnt know how to communicate. If he only answered his phone, replied to texts (like he asks people do) or emailed people back, but he doesnt. He just overlooks them and makes people think he's dropped off the face of the earth. thats surely what I thought, and on top of that people were telling me him website was down and he was going out of business. I wish he would, he needs to.
And no I wouldnt just quit, return everyones money, and be out of a business but I surely would hire on some more help. Todd has to be making pretty good money considering he's probably at this moment sitting on ATLEAST $20k just in money people have sent him for projects that he hasn't even started on. The dude needs to get some help, secretarys and whatever else it takes.
I think the word will get around soon enough and he'll start being affected.

 

dam freakin almost a year that is depressing for a turbo kit. I went to the gym today and cant keep that poop out of my head. I know it aint my money but I feel for my Tc soldier trying to rep that life.

How long did I give you to pay for the kit? Your going to get your stuff.

and I have explained numerous times to you already what took place and why your stuff got pushed to the end (all the twin scrolls did do to the idea of "batch production" with the old fabricators)

its not like I have spent the last 6 months twiddling my thumbs...

it took along time to:

1. find fabricators that had the talent to weld the product.
2. train those fabricators and give them time to practice( they all have over 20 years each but welding close radius sch 40 is an entirely different process)
3. work enough on my own to generate enough cash flow to keep the business going
(currently besides TT I have 4 jobs)

So those who think that I am just wasting time get over it.

Plus I haven't taken any new orders until recently, and they have all been small items..either stuff I do not make or stuff I now have in stock( ace's dp)


I cannot change what happened in the past....those who want to dwell on it well thats your choice.

I am changing things now and for the future.....I will be another option for the commnity just like I was before.

Trust me I wish...

cause if I was sitting on 20k I would have given everyone there money back months ago.

( I lost over that in a lawsuit this summer...one of your fellow peers decided to run his kit without fuel management and blew his motor.....I was found at fault and had to pay for a new motor install from Scion.)

Let me elaborate on something.....I hope some actually read this but its more for my peace of mind.

I am the smallest shop(too my knowledge) in the community.

I do not stock allot of product...just the small stuff. (lines, fittings, couplers, clamps, hardware etc, raw material)

When someone purchases a turbo kit from me, wether its paid in full, 50% up front/50% at completion or a worked out payment plan.

The money goes to parts of the turbo kit....I buy the turbo, wg, bov, and IC right away.

Which in the past I shipped as soon as I could (split up the shipments)

Then the hardparts where scheduled and paid for.

Those who are still waiting most of them have allot of the parts already

There are only 3 who have nothing and that because one wants everything at once (his decision) and the other Chris (cwatz) all the parts I do not make are all sitting here in a box. And the other is still paying for his kit, which I do not want the balance until its 100% complete (but all the parts I do not make are also in a box waiting)

So for those who think I have all this money, and when they ask where did my money go, well it went to the parts you ordered. The parts I do not make once ordered (turbo, wg, bov, air filter, intercooler, couplers/clamps etc) cannot be returned by me to there manufacturers. Its a downside to having a small business but its reality.

Just trying to shed some light on things.........
