are you going to be able to keep an eye on the boost gauge while beating on the car?

Hard to keep an eye on em. Still better than not having em though. One reason I got the plx is I could eventually do a pillar pod and mount a matching set of nice gauges. The plx has a output to run a narrow band gauge.

Hence the reason why I couldn't have choose the TN kit....IF..IF...I wanted too. But yes, Dito...Why come they couldn't tune it, if they are a Unichip certified tuner?

Go to P&L Motorsports. They are by Ohare airport. The tuner who works there goes by the name Jorge. He may be able to help you out since he has tuned Subarus on the Unichip.

What?!?! you can do it yourself, its not rocket science tuning the thing..
http://www.4wheelonline.com/Products...roductID=67795

Unichip said that they didnt really like that idea and wanted authorized authorized tuners to tune unichip...mainly because a poor tune would reflect badly on his product.

but that was like a year ago. since then they came out with FLUX...which will alow you to tune through a PDA anywhere you want. Although rumor is they still dont want you to mess with timming. But atleast now you can tune via wideband O2 connected stright through Unichip via FLUX. and its all wireless via bluetooth. It can also load 5 maps. Display a whole bunch of stuff via OBDII including sensor readings i.e. coolant temp intake temp...and it even has dataloging. Also serves as a secuirty system for you car if you want.

Sounds like a pretty cool feature. All you need is the updated unichip and a PDA. software you can download on their webiste.
