Default Auto Trany with turbo question.

I drive an 05 automatic tc and ordered the turbo kit for it last week. Acording to the tracking number it should be here friday but i had been hearing roomers that the auto tcs transmision could only hold 240hp which is roughly 5.3psi boost. Is this true and if so what, if anything, can i do to strengthen the transmission?

The PSI that you got is all according to the size of the turbo you got. But ya about 250Whp is all the stock tranny can hold. Anything more it will just start slipping. Yes a tranny cooler is a must have!! Your next step after that should be a valve body upgrade for the tranny.
