dont know what dyno you are looking at but im making 300lbft by about 4700, and 300whp by 4900. we can talk about it more in person tonight if you want. i think i'm gonna take a peak at your wed night meet tonight.

your only at 300whp 200 rpms before me. i dont see where these whole "so late" questions are coming from. if you pay attention to the afr's you'll see that when the meth kicks in it goes pretty rich. unfortunately this causes the car to not make as much power as it can in that part of the power curve. the aem meth kit doesnt engage as lineraly as i would like. however whe i get the car tuned next roger is going to wire up the meth controller to the ems and use the n2o control option to control the spray of meth.

mine is a .82 a/r. not the same turbo. its gonna be a little laggy compared to a .63. but i selected a .82 knowing that im going to be reving out past 7k very soon. also less back pressure means lower egt's, which means more power and less chance of detonation.

good you should be. .63 is for people boosting in the 10-12 psi range. a built 2.4ltr needs to breathe. so when are you getting dynoed on the new turbo, and built block?

good to know. im leaving the boost how it is for now. got some good/bad news last night driving home. on 441 around yamato, this silver mustang gt with a very obvious supercharger whine, and drag radials starts messing with me. we start racing each other a little but never really have enough room between traffic or lights to really race each other. finally traffic clears and we go from a roll and i smoke him. as he pulls up to me at the next stoplight with this holy crap look on his face like hes not use to loosing to anything on the road and says,"bro, i gotta give you props. that **** is insane!" i asked him about his car. basicly a late modle mustang with dr's full exhaust, procharger at 10 psi, intake, and tune. so i felt really good about that.

on to the bad news. for some reason my car has a very hard time going into the next gear when i try to shift at a high rpm during wot driving. also when i pulled him hard in 4th gear i noticed a really bad smell that was like the smell of high friction of metal on metal. basicly it smells like a burning clutch. so i see myself having to hit up dezod for a twin disc here soon.

Brett,

It was good seeing ya. The car looks good and your setup looks great in person. Great kill on the stang.. but damn, sorry about the clutch! This means most of us will be having to save more scratch for a twin disc too.. if 411whp/360wtq is too much for a Stage5, we'll have limited options.. Marcelo thinks his clutch is going too.
