The video is pre-LSD. I have not had the LSD that long, and I sold my kit before the LSD got dropped in. So, only have had the LSD in while the car has been N/A. I love the LSD though just FYI.

^ with the lsd, can you let me know at what speed/boost/hp you are having traction problems. I am interested in knowing for the 8-10lb range because that is what i should be running (im not going for a high hp car ....but it has to run so i can go to work)

Yeah, drive normal and keep your foot out of it...lol Also, LSD or no LSD...tires need to be in good shape for traction. Good set of tires go a LOOOOONNNGGGG way...

i really need to get my profile back - darn sl caught me off guard by deleting it. Yea I have the LSD and love it. I know that when i had my s/c (268whp) i had so many issues w/ traction. Now with a turbo that should have that much hp AND that much torque ...i know there will be more traction issues. If I was going 40mph with my s/c setup i didnt run into any traction issues though but I think at 12lbs I would ....10lbs would I?

I then re-configured the entire kit basically and turned it into a Stage 2.0 as I changed quite a bit in it. Switched to a 20G turbo and ran that at 12lbs of boost.

This was the 20G @ 12lbs of boost before I sold the whole setup.

Sold it because I am eager to go with PTuning's turbo kit now due to wanting to be more efficient and wanting to do Time Attack and all that jazz.

Someone asked what is the 16G good for HP wise. The Big Evo III 16G if I recall was rated up to 380whp. I only ever dynoed the 16G one time and that was at 7lbs of boost. Made 250whp/260wtq @ 7 PSI. That was not on a dyno like PTunings though. It was dynojet. PTuning dyno would SQUASH those numbers...lol. It's truly a hearbreaker. If break at least 300whp on their dyno you are doing better than most.
well when i went up there i wanted to see what my car was to the wheels before anything was done and i was at 230whp and 206 lbs of tordue at 7lbs and i told toan that i wanted to get around 10-11 psi if its safe,he told me thaqt he would see at which psi level would be safer and we'll go from there. unfortunatley that is when we round out that there was something wrong with the wastegate. before leaving i asked him for and educated guess at where you think once everything is done the hp will be around, and he told me in the 250's at 10-11 pounds on The Big Evo III 16G turbo.

I have no clue bro. I bought it from someone on SL back in June, never used it and never took it out the box. I only opened it to make sure it was a wastegate and not a brick. There are some springs in the box but judging by the spring rate on them they can't possible be an appreciable PSI spring nor are the TiAL from what I saw. Had I known you needed springs I have a 5 PSI and 8 PSI authentic TiAL 38mm springs in my tool box.

Yeah, that's why they call it the "heatbreaker". He was speaking in terms of PTuning's dyno. So, if you doing anything above 280whp on their dyno you are cooking up the juice.

well third time is a charm, thanks again to ptuning for looking out and not giving up on me and the problems that i was having with the kit. I just came back from the shop yesterday and the car is running great. As i stated im running a zpi stage 1 kit, e-manage ultimate, 550 injecters, open dump, and im pushing 265.1 whp and 245.3flbs, at 8.5 psi in which im very happy about considering its a pretty small turbo, just wanted to update everyone that asked about my car.

Glad to hear your outcome!! I have about the same setup as you but use the f/ic. I made 263WHP and WTQ on 10psi last month at ptuning. Just weird how numbers can be different like that
