Default bad idle pully

the only mod i did for the supercharger was the NST pulley, After few month. the belt keep slipping off.
I finally got a chance to tow it to Dynamic Performance in Somerville, NJ

They just inform me one of the idle pulley was bad. Anyone else have this problem?

UPDATE:
i just went to Dynamic Performance to pick up my car.
Aaron, the mechanic, show the old idler pulley's bearing was bad.
I drove it 20 miles to my gf's apt. The car runs great.
Now i have 100 miles to drive back to Atlantic City. I hope nothing else goes wrong.

No i did not have that problem the only thing I had go wrong was the cat went out... I changed the pully back to the stock one and took it toyota and they fixed it under the warrenty...... I would say do the same thing if your car is still covered.....

my car is still cover, but i chipped the stock pulley pretty bad during removing. (i never thought i need it again) And i am 150 miles from home...And i really don't trust DCH Toyota. that is the only dealership around the area where the tc broke down.

check to see if the belt is lined up in the middle of all of the pulleys. The belt on my car was a little off on one of the idler pulleys, which caused the edge of the belt to fray, spray shreds of the belt all over the engine, and made a really annoying squeak. Ended up replacing the belt and a few pulleys, but what actually fixed the problem was replacing the shim for the s/c pulley. The shim helped get the belt properly aligned on all of the pulleys.
