Bad news...

My oil drain gasket blew, on my turbo. ( Only 6 psi.)

Has anyone else had this problem, before? If so, what is the best way to fix it, so it will not happen again?

what kint of turbo is it? your oil return gasket should not blow ever as it doesnt see any boost. what is your oil psi? did you tighten the bolts down all the way?

It is a Turbonetics turbo. I am not sure how tight the bolts were. I will work on my car tonight...

and I don't know my oil psi. Only boost, EGT and A/F.

How do you blow your oil gasket? hmmm. Must have not been tightened all the way is the only thing I can think of..

How soon did you notice it was no longer connected?
