Someone has a question about somethin and you guys crucify him because he used the "wrong forum". Maybe you could have helped him out to point him in the right forum.
Why didn' t you help him with his question or point him in the direction of the right forum?

I was just wondering why you didn't help the OP when you posted, instead of chastising me. Your "smart" reply doesn't answer my "smart" question anyway.

In the interest of karma:
1. Look in the "Drivetrain & Power" subforum. "Forced Induction" is for Turbo/Super charging and Nitrous.
2. The most popular S-pipes are made by Invidia and Megan
3. Adding an S-pipe will not change the sound of your exhaust much.
4. Adding an aftermarket Midpipe with no cat and smaller resonator will make the exhaust louder
5. Adding a header with the TRD muffler will make it sound loud, but horrible. Look up "rasp" in the search engine
6. In the future, use the "Search" tool before posting to make sure your question hasn't been answered before.

I appreciate you helping. I didn't want to come off as chastising one particular person. We're all one family man. Some people just never realize that. But Thank You

I'm sure you understand that it's hard not to be frustrated. There are only so many times you can answer the same question, so many stickies you can make. Every day, you will see a new topic like:

What's the best header/exhaust/CAI
Rasp from Header
Which turbo kit to buy
will my X size wheels on Z drop rub

Over and over and over again. When you answer the question, the thread always turns into a p*ssing match about which brand is better, or person A agreeing with the OP that they have the problem and person B saying they don't have the problem.

When I first came to the site, I asked about buying longer seat rails. I got 30 responses of "I'm X tall and I fit fine", no joke. It was awesome.

Is it bad to tell somebody to use the search button? I agree with monkeysauce on this one, its been covered before and i understand some are new to the forum... So, i suggest the persons to search. One big family- yeah and its good that we help keep our forum a lil bit neat by directing others to topics that have been covered and into the right area so we can minimize multiple posts that makes search more messy and uninformative, these redundant posts makes SL slower and because of same questions/threads posted each day, people with deep knowledge with the topic gets sick of answering same questions each day so the new threads becomes less helpful. And wait didnt I give some comments before I suggested the posters to search?

You're being redundant by posting about this right now. So you just screwed yourself by slowing down SL. Too bad.. Just keep to TX and we'll stay in the nicer forums with people who aren't prics

And lol your post isnt helping the OP or others in anyway, if you wanna help the OP then help, non of your post are helping all bashing against people trying to direct people to the right place. I've done my part posting some comment RELATED to the topic and suggesting to SEARCH, tell me which of those are bad. Im not gonna argue with you.. but yeah to the new members SEARCH button is your tool.
