those are what im going to be going w/ most likely, id like to change pistons too, rod & main bearings w/ a cometic headgasket

car got towed today..... sucks not having a dd now. lol

 

talk about how much of an epic PITA it is to tow a lowered car.

only dif b/w 08 n 09 is the compression, ecu & maf.

 

i mean 05-06 compared to later models 07+

 

yeah pete if you can get ahold of the 07-09 that would be the ish

 

oh no no no no no no sir theres alot of differences between the 07+ and 05-06 ... alot of details n the body, different bolt sizes... and the motor is not the same... 07+ has a ton of new features in the motor *ie just to name 1 is the added oil squirters, also uses different sized head studs, and also uses different style gasket...

i will try to find out the rest of the 07+ notes for you guys and make a full thread about it.

 

oil pump i think is supposed to be different (p-tuning was talking about it i think)

 

Ye def an obvious diff is the oil squirters, ive mentioned this to you before bryan... tsk tsk on failing to rem sheesh
