jus read most of your thread. i had the same issues with my head built head using bc springs/retainers but with supertech valves. couldnt figure out for the life of me what caused this. but all of my exhaut valves were bent. lost compression in one of the cylinders. the valve that got stuck open didnt appear to cause any damage to the piston. i ordered a new set of super tech valves and the company called me and told me that supertech stopped making those particular valves due to them breaking. anyone heard of that before?

i was on stock rev limiter. car had about 5000 or so miles on the motor if that. only one valve was noticeably damaged. machine shop informed me that all the exhaust valves were slightly bent.
