Actually, falling off a jet ski @ 50mph won't kill you. Haha, years ago, after some beer of course, i was thrown off a tube raft pulled by my jet ski at around 50 with no major injuries. Ended up with only no shorts and a chiped tooth.

I was out jumping wake on a sea doo around 45-50 mph - hit some big ___ wake the wrong way and came down nose first - threw me into the handle bars and over the front about 15-20 feet - thats why you wear a life jacket - not because you cant swim, but when that ____ happens it dont matter if you can swim well or not your ___ aint thinking about swimmin when you hit handle bars and get tossed at 45-50 mph - luckilly i was wearing one and was fine minus a killer headache - i managed to get back on and ride my sea doo in lol

only time i ever fell off a jet ski, the cord that goes around your wrist that kills the motor when you fall off malfunctioned. it got somehow wrapped around the handlebars and the foam rubber wrist band broke. so the jet ski stayed idling. you guys should have seen me freaking out trying to swim after it. luckily, the handle bars were turned a little so that it just made a big circle and came back.

as far as the build... Wiseco 8.8:1 pistons, K1 rods, ACL race bearings, Stock head, ARP head studs, Cometic head gasket. And the turbo kit is a mixture of 2 Turbotoyota's kits that contained the V1 EL manifold and turbo, V2.1 IC piping and Garrett Intercooler... its been such a long journey but well worth it... and i never got a pre-build dyno run with the turbo toyota's kit but i'm expecting some decent numbers.

Sounds so much different, really strong. Before he was having a trouble starting the car too, but this time as soon as we jumped the starter it turned over and roared to life without any issues. It does have the atmospheric BOV issue where it drops super low after revving but all in all one hell of a badass car. With his incredibly nice TT kit he should get some solid numbers. Now it's my turn to build my motor, my car is the black and silver one you can see in the bottom picture.

PS sorry for the cell phone pics, i'll give him the camera later to take some better ones later.

I started my build in Nov 09, have had lots of ____ go wrong and other stuff go right, but mostly wrong. Had to pull the engine after it went in, something was knocking.

After that decided to get a valve job, rev stainless valves, went back to stock headgasket. Was about to put it together again a week ago, and noticed the cylinder 3 sleeve dropped 1mm. Machine shop goofed, they are fixing it now with a new sleeve, they hadn't pushed it all the way down the first time around.

Should be putting it back together this weekend and putting in the car next week/weekend.

Wiseco 89mm, k1 rods, all acl bearings, rev stainless valves, arp main and head studs.

In the mean time I needed a car to drive, so I picked this up 2 weeks ago, its an 09 is350

Woops! Sorry for the late reply! The Twin Plate is great. No more slowly engagement though. The sweet spot either doesn't exist or I haven't found it lol. The chatter isn't really noticeable at all. I saw some Youtube videos of Twin Plates on Sti's, and it's not even close to being that loud. Honestly, you'd have to really listen for it to hear any noise.

The diff on the other hand is a completely different story. There's a HORRIBLY LOUD CLICK when turning left or right at low RPM's. You can feel it in the steering wheel and see the hub shake. When it locks at low rpm, it LOCKS. Makes driving smoothly in 1st pretty much impossible. I just switched to Motul Gear 300 75w90, but I don't think there's been too much of a difference. If it stays this aggressive and loud, I don't know if I'd recommend it to anyone but dedicated track car guys. It's seriously that bad. Grip is amazing though!

im assuming they are majority if not all manual since auto can't handle a lot of hp unless you build the tranny also which = a lot more money and u lose more hp to the auto tranny compared to manual
