even though you checked all the the vaccum lines it still sounds like a vaccum leak. Did you check the injectors? The rubber seal on each one? One may not be seated correctly. Next check all your couplings for anything loose. Next thing i could think of is to check your intercooler for anything damage, i.e., dings, pin holes. Vaccum could make the car run like crap and also air getting into the plumbing after the maf could cause it to idle poorly.

I just went back outside and fired her up and its running real lean. Like 17AFR lean at idle. Must be the injectors or an injector. Could it be anything else? Thanks prototype xB. I'll check those again as well.

I'm gonna go with running lean - engine is starved for fuel, therefor it keeps stalling.

man jarod, what happened? you just got this kit and theres problems already!!! haha....just playin'...you had it tuned right? what was the boost gauge reading at idle, sepcifically in vacuum....i know mine hovers between 20-22 in vacuum.....if your afr reads 17, then you definetly have a fuel problem.....

Yea the crazy thing is, I have an appointment on saturday to get my car tuned! I've been driving it fairly careful, apparently not careful enough! I'm even running larger, 440cc, injectors. I'm wondering if one of the injectors just called it quits. When I take them out, is their away to see which one is bad? Should I get an OBD-II reader? I'm already throwing a CEL because of no cat. ____e! THanks for your input guys.

But would that cause the car to run lean? I'm talking off the charts lean. My AFR gauge won't even read how hi. I have the AEM UEGO gauge. My installer is supposed to come by tomorrow, I guess I might have to put my stock injectors back in just to get her up and running.

God I hope thats all it is! It was dark when I was looking around so maybe I missed that vaccum line. I just have a feeling its a fuel injector, since its running lean. A vaccum line coming undone doesn't cause lean conditions, does it? I'll keep you guys updated.

Old trick is to spray some starter fluid around areas that have intake hoses and junctions - when the idle smooths out from the starter fluid being sucked into the engine you found your vacuum leak.

It comes with 440cc bosch injectors and he hasnt talked to treadstone yet. The guy who installed his kit is supposed to come over after later today after he gets off work. Its runing WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too lean to even drive it.
