So my installer stood me up big time last night! I'm so irritated I can't see straight! This morning I gave Dezod a call, they told me that it is probably the stock ecu. They say its like the car was speaking english when it was stock and now with the turbo installed its speaking spanish. The ECU just can't communicate with the new set up. Just though i'd share their metaphoric wording.
The ironic part about all of this is, I have an appointment tomorrow to get my car tuned with the emanage. I'm going to dis-connect the negative battery terminal to reset the ecu to see if that helps my car run better just so I can get it to the tuner. I really have to give a big thanks to Dezod for them helping me, even though I'm not using their set up. I am going to reward them soon by buying their 550cc PnP injectors. Thanks guys!

It's normal for the idle to stumble a bit after you do a quick rev. It's casued by the BOV. When the BOV vents the A/F goes rich and your idle stumbles a bit, but It only last a second or two; Then the idle goes back to normal.

Low idle speed usually means there is a vaccum leak somewhere.

You need to add some fuel into the tune. Like Eric-tC said - it's the BOV.

I just took her out for a spin and there must be a leak somewhere. I just dont see it. It doesn't want to go into boost and its like i can hear air escaping from somewhere.

____e man, unfortunately no. I am going to take it to a place around the corner from me on monday and have them take a look. If my installer would just calle me the F*** back, I think we could get this resolved rather quickly.

there are several things:
-stock ecu isnt tuned to idle stable with larger injectors or the new setup.
-boost leak
-possible vacuum leak (highly unlikely, but still possible)

boost leak=recheck all the couplers and clamps. they have to be TIGHT.

tune=well, its obvious. get tuned. i wouldnt be suprised if it fixed your idle issue and makes everything run dandy.

Worst case scenario is its your torque convertor. (your auto trans's clutch). Check ATF levels to make sure they are up to spec. If so, then even worse, your torque convertor is shot and cannot release the lock-up clutch, stalling you out. Lets just hope its not this problem.

shouldnt the stock ecu be able to teach itself to idle, even with the bigger injectors??

i mean its supposed to be "smart" enough to add more fuel if it sees high AFR's....unless it ignores them b/c of the CEL from no cat...

No new news yet. i am taking my car to a local performance shop to have them take a look. I just can't figure what's wrong. I'm hoping they will be able to figure out why it is stalling out after reving teh engine. I have the Emanage ready to go in and get tuned, once I figure out whats going on. I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks for your input thus far.

I asked the shop that who was going to tune it, but I haven't heard back from them (stupid answering machines). I haven't tried putting the stock injectors back in, as we had to splice the larger ones in. That is an option though.

i had similar issues at idle with my t-netics setup when i first got it cept my car wasn't going to stall it did stall. Did you replace the spark plugs with ones that are one step colder? That seemed to solve my issues... I am not familiar with the treadstone kit, but my car also stalled out when the recirculation tube connecting my BOV to the intake pipe came a lil loose... if your BOV recirculates check for the slightest leak that or tighten all your tbolts and check your vac line for any slight tears.
