I had merlins muffler weld mine in for $10. The AEM should have come with the O2 bung in the box, unless it was used

you should leave the o2 sensors where they are. If you use the primary o2 sensor spot for the AEM sensor, it will be really close to the turbo area and the reading won't be as accurate. AEM says to put the sensor about 18-24 inches from the block. mine is on the s-pipe

do it anywhere, as long as it picks up the downstream exhaust you will be fine.

ur supposed to do it about 6 inches back from where the exhaust manifold mates to the downpipe...

and i belive its supposed to be mounted like 45 degrees off vertical i think so it doesnt get caked with exaust crud lol, been a while since i did mine, but its all in the instructions, i think its even a picture of it lol...

good luck with it tho cause mine lasted 2 weeks then became a $300 gauge pod hole plug... not really happy about it...

dude you NEED your front o2 sensor itd wat deteremines wheter ur car will blow or breathe lol, if u dont wanna get a bung wleded on then remove the second 02 sensor in the spipe and put the wideband in there....thats SAFE but will still give u a cel for the seocond o2 sensor.....easy 30 dollar fix is the have a second bung welded to your downpipe after or next to the first 02 sensor and put the wideband in there.
