REPLACED clutch master.......... car drives now but i had it bled by a shop and my pedal is way softer than normal and lots of free play, adjusted it to almost the full extent and still the engagement is LITERALLY the ground, and i have like 3 inches of free play on the pedal.... they said its my pressure plate..

UPDATE: Replaced master cyl with a rockauto oem replacement... worked for a week n a half but the pedal just never felt the same, first like good 2 inches were freeplay, the very very bottom was stiff like literally on the ground and the engagement point was centimeters off the ground. Hard times getting into gears sometimes. 3 days ago i look and a rubber hose had a bad leak, we put one of the clamps on to tight and it ripped it. Replaced the hose yesterday morning, never bled it. Worked the same as before. Drove around for 6+ hours, all the sudden the pedal starts getting stuck. I make it home.... this morning the pedal has ZERO return just sucks to the ground. We just bled it for about 30 minutes, now we can QUICKLY kick the pedal down and it will return but if we hold the pedal down it will get stuck. No lines are leaking that we can see. after we just manually bled seems the fork isnt returning as fast as it was before but it still creeps. I had a shop tell me that they thought it was the pressure plate before thats why the pedal felt that way after they vacuum bled it. ( this may have been while the rubber hose had a tiny leak )... but now what? Master cyl already went bad? It wasnt a OEM from toyota, it was off rockauto. What do you guys think?

I would make sure all lines are bled properly this can be tricky if its your first time!

Also i read you had a auto to manual swap, Are you sure nothing else is going on here?

Try this. Try disconnecting the hose from the Clutch Master Cly to the Reservoir and then reconnecting it after you see some fluid leak out. My problem I had when I replaced my MC with a brand new replacement is that when I connected the fluid reservoir to it, air got trapped in it and there was little fluid getting to it. I disconnected and it was nothing coming out. I squeezed a little and the fluid started moving out so I quickly reconnected.

If that is not the solution the only other thing I can think of would be that you didn't adjust the clutch pedal. Can't remember, but did you adjust the clutch pedal at any point after the install. I failed to adjust mine and it acted like you just described. Justin from PTuning helped me to adjust mine and it was normal after that.
