what does it take to remove them besides a good balance on the motor what are the down s and ups about it other then get that trash out of here lol some one chime in if you have removed them during your engine build i talked with p tuning i know they removed theres so lets hear what it takes what is needed to do so

mine have been removed for over 15k miles with no engine balancing done after the removal, no issues to date. I just pulled it all out, plugged the hole. finished

there is a DIY floating around, i think it was made by pito, could be wrong tho. Either way its pretty easy and his pics pretty much layed it out. I followed them to do mine and had 0 issues.

not any more than engine mounts

i asked my teacher, he siad that if you turbo the car. you'll most likely blow it up before damaging it due to balance shafts...balance shafts are only for comfort.

these engines are internally balanced.

i also remmeber reading that ahhaha

i already had a stiffy opened all the way up to where it didnt compress at all so i didnt notice much extra. with the stiffy off right now there is a slight vibration at idle but nothing too crazy

so say i were to leave it in the car what steps need to be taked do i just slap it in or what? does it have to be in a certain way?
