man im having the same problem ...... im tuned and it happens about once evry 2 days... diffrent ones though... I have had a few blow a couple of times and the hose clamps are all the way down.... i think ill try some hair spray tonight

Hairspray those pipes. Tighten them down. you can always buy some more couplers, they aren't that expensive. Congrats on the nice numbers.
